Push vCard is a unique value added feature designed to automatically update and manage contacts on PushMessenger.

When a user creates his vCard and each time he edits it, PushMessenger process the information and generates an automatic update notification which is sent to all the user's contacts. For example, an international traveler who owns a phone number for France and another for the US may edit his vCard each time he changes location. This information is stored on the PushMessenger server enabling the contacts to access and retrieve the actualized vCard whenever they need, even when the owner of the vCard is offline. If they wish, they can also save it within other applications such as Outlook or Outlook Express.

On the other hand, when a user deletes a contact from his Contact Book, this specific contact can no more access or retrieve his vCard.

For confidentiality purposes, the user has also the possibility to hide his phone numbers. Thus, his contacts can call him or send him SMS without viewing the information.
